The worst quality item I could’ve possibly received. STAY AWAY and buy local even if it costs you a lot more. I’m going to be paying thousands in excess of $6000 I’d say now to fix to. Big MISTAKE!!

Buy local even if it costs you more. I’m going to be paying thousands in excess of $6000 to fix. Missing paint in parts, runs in the paint, bad quality (see sticky tape and rough quality on door inside) not all can be damage from transportation like they try to tell you. See the pictures yourself. Won’t send the right oven unless I buy more from them. Sent me a couple of small replacement parts which won’t even cover the the thousands I need to repaint it. They only paid me a small amount $950 compensation because alibaba mediated after lodging a dispute and going back and forth. They were willing to give me $0 to begin with. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and just buy local. Your going to spend the same amount anyway but can’t view the product before finalising payment. The report I paid for didn’t show it in enough detail to really see how bad it looked until it arrived. Unfortunately this is the predicament I’m in but I hope anyone else doesn’t have to go through this.
